Today one of our Tor hosting servers received a DDoS attack. We are monitoring the health of the server and diagnosing it in the best way so that all sites are live as soon as possible.
We have been reported that our customers in South, Central and North America are unable to access our site and portal.
At this moment we are making several requests to the connection providers and find the problem, this is a route problem and our website and portal are online for the rest of the world, to access your account or our website, use a VPN connection momentarily.
We are working to resolve this as soon as possible.
Updating: Our technical team has identified a route failure between Europe and America, we have changed the route and now all services are normalized.
We are currently facing network issues at our Austin Datacenter. You might experience slowness in accessing our Business/Enterprise email hosting as well as the dashboard associated. Our network team is working on priority to resolve the same. Please follow this thread for any further updates.

We're backing up all the accounts on one of our Tor servers for HDD switching. One of the discs is failing, so we'll have to do it today.

We are performing firewall maintenance in our India Datacenter. You might face issues while accessing the hosting packages based out of this location during the maintenance window.
Although the maintenance is scheduled for 30 minutes, you will face issues only during network failovers which last for a few minutes.
We are performing a scheduled maintenance on our Business and Enterprise email infrastructure. You might experience the below mentioned issues during the window:
a. Issues while accessing the email hosting dashboard / Email Control Panel and features such as password reset from the webmail interface.
b. Import mail and Identity management from webmail will not work.
c. In-consistent mailbox quota.
All new orders placed during the window will be queued and retried post the maintenance. You should however, not face any issues while sending or receiving emails via webmail as well as email clients.
We are doing routine maintenance and need to reboot the servers. All services hosted on the server will be down for a maximum span of 30 minutes during the reboot.
Our team is investigating the issues related to servers with cPanel on the Tor Network. Several sites at that time have error 500, this problem is related to Tor network updates and our devs are already working to reestablish communication with all sites. No IP address or data was leaked.

Updating - Our Windows servers have been affected with a RansomWare, which is a virus that encrypts all files on the machine. Our experts are working day and night to re-establish the files and for all online services again, the deadline for this is 72 hours.

We confirm that a limited number of websites were impacted by ransomware which affected some of our Windows shared servers. To contain the spread and impact of this malware, we isolated the impacted server environment and took a number of servers offline, which caused some customers to be unable to access websites and associated data.

Schedule/description of work
We will be migrating plesk-mssql1 from MSSQL 2012 TO MSSQL 2016. All the databases along with the websites hosting their database on this DB server will be down during the maintenance window.
