Service update: 23 September 2026
Russian attacks in Kyiv directly affected both data centers that host part of Impreza's infrastructure. Both facilities lost power and network connectivity and remain offline while their engineers work to restore services. Our engineers are coordinating with the facility teams and staff at our other locations.
Information currently available to us indicates that most servers in the data halls remain intact. We cannot confirm the condition of each system until physical access is restored and inspections are complete, so individual service status may differ.
VPS recovery
We have begun migrating VPS instances from the affected Ukraine nodes using off-site VM backups created on 23 September. A restored VPS will have a new IP address.
If your VPS has not yet been migrated and you prefer a particular location, open a support ticket and tell us your preference. Otherwise, our team will select the nearest suitable offshore location based on available capacity.
Dedicated server recovery
Impreza does not hold backups for dedicated servers. If you have your own backup and need replacement hardware for recovery, open a support ticket. We will do our best to arrange a dedicated server in the Netherlands so you can restore your data.
Next update
We do not have a reliable restoration time to share yet. The facility engineers and our teams remain engaged, and we are monitoring each development. We will update this announcement when we receive verified information about access, equipment condition, or recovery progress.
We are sorry for the disruption. We understand how important these services are to your work and will continue helping affected customers as quickly as we can.
