To change the registered email, it is necessary to open a ticket requesting the change to be done by our team.


1 . To open a ticket, log in to your Impreza dashboard and click on the Tickets card.

 

2. On the My Support Tickets screen, click on Open Ticket.

3. On the Open Ticket screen, click on Open Ticket in the Support Department box.

 

4. Fill in the fields regarding the request information.

 

5. Now scroll down the page and click on submit.
