Hi! Here we will show what to do when your Tor Service goes offline.
1- First of all we need to access our Service through SSH
2- You can use Putty (Windows) or the Terminal (Linux) to access the service
3- Here you need to connect using your IP, username, and Password
4- If you're using the Terminal, you'll need to use this code: ssh Username@YourIP
5- Once connected, you need to type this code: service tor stop
6- This code will stop your service to clear any problem you may have
7- Done that, you can type "service tor status" to see if your server is online or offline
8- It should be like this if it's offline:
9- Now that your service is offline, let's start it again
10- To do so, type "service tor start" then "service tor status"
11- It should be like this:
Note: This way, it may take up to 2hours to be completed, then your domain will be online again
