Creating an FTP Access

Let's start creating a targeted FTP access to the Website that contains the Website Builder:

1 - Access your aaPanel and click on the "FTP" option in the side menu;

2- Click on "Add FTP" (green button on the left side);

3- Choose a Username and a Password for your FTP Access. Then, click on the search button for the directory you'll access via FTP;

4- Search for your website directory and select it;

5- Click on "submit". Now, the website directory will be the root folder of your FTP access;

Linking Weebly to the FTP Access

Now, we are going to connect the Weebly to the FTP access you've created:

6- Access the user portal and scroll down until you've found the Weebly Service, then click on the service option "Manage" (on the service);

7- Scroll the screen until you've found the "Update FTP Credentials" option and click on this option;

8- In the "FTP" section of your aaPanel, take the access credentials you just created and fill out the form that is opened in your portal. To fulfill the form fields, follow these defaults:

8.1- FTP Host - paste the IP access and remove the "ftp://" and ":21" pieces;

8.2- FTP Username - Paste here your username;

8.3- FTP Password - Paste here your password;

8.4- FTP Path - Write only "/" on the path because you only need access to the root folder for your FTP access;

8.5- Click on "Update FTP Credentials";

Verifying the Setting

Now, we'll verify if the configuration is correct and if the website builder has been properly installed in the website directory:

9- Click on "Log in to Weebly Site Builder";

10- Select the chosen template and click on the "Publish" button in the upper right corner to check if it had the correct configuration;

11- If the message "Website Published!" appears everything must be working well.

Also, you can make an extra verification by accessing your domain to confirm if your Website chosen template was published.
